  • I help women and gender diverse folks overcome effects of trauma, grief, and anxiety, and navigate challenges with identity formation, interpersonal relationships, and significant life changes. My clients are often seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and a collaborative healing process. Together we will examine how your early life experiences impacts your life today with curiosity and compassion. I also use a feminist and social-justice lens to enhance your understanding of oppressive systems. I offer a safe, compassionate environment to explore the connection between mental health and the body for insight into yourself.

I'll help you recognize patterns, understand the connection between your past and present, and develop coping skills to navigate life with more confidence and resilience. I combine a compassionate approach and emotionally-safe environment with implementation of evidence-based practices involving the mind and the body to create lasting change.

Together we will explore how your early experiences and family dynamics have shaped your life and continue to impact you today. We will work collaboratively to create the lasting change you are looking for. I offer free phone consultations to discuss your personal therapy goals, answer any questions you may have, and see if I’m the right fit for you.

  • Being in nature is one of the most important parts of my life. Outside of work, you can find me outside as much as my life allows, whether it is hiking, camping, running, swimming, reading, or just relaxing. I love to cook and try new recipes, listen to music, explore new eateries and drink good coffee. I love to read new books and spend quality time with the people I love. I am currently experiencing the slippery slope of becoming a birder.

  • I can accept Anthem, Aetna, Aetna MaineHealth, Cigna, Community Health Options and Martin's Point.
