  • I support women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life stressors, and more. My approach is centered on creating a safe, trusting connection where you can explore your past, learn about yourself, and work toward a more fulfilling present. I pay close attention to the impact of early life experiences and family dynamics. Together, we will explore tools and strategies that can help create meaningful change and strengthen your self-care practices.

I have a special interest in working with adult women dealing with self-doubt and insecurities that affect dating and relationships, as well as with teen girls navigating social pressures and feelings of exclusion. Relationships can be challenging, especially when you're feeling lost or “not good enough." You don’t have to face these struggles alone—support is here.

In therapy, we will explore the challenges you're facing, identify strategies to help you feel more connected, and work through the roots of self-doubt and low self-esteem. My goal is to help you cultivate a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.

I understand the unique difficulties women experience while navigating the world, and I know how valuable it can be to have someone you trust to talk to. You don’t have to go at it alone; we’ll work collaboratively to meet your unique needs. Schedule a free phone consultation, and I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have.
